Aalborg University's current cleaning service, ISS Facility Service A/S is terminating their contract at the end of April 2023. The university underwent a new bidding process, and based on an overall assessment, a working group selected the suppliers who submitted the best quality and economic offer.

The choice in Aalborg is Serwiz A/S, and in Esbjerg and Copenhagen it is Kongsvang Cleaning & Facility. The new suppliers will be responsible for cleaning on campus as of 1 May.

The AAU units that have service agreements with the current supplier must contact the new supplier themselves to make a new agreement.

The contract is valid for four years with the possibility of extension for up to two years.
