INNO Talk #3: How to attract Funding

An INNO Talk is a ‘fire-side chat’ between three people, all with a background and present interests and stakes in entrepreneurship. The theme this time is “How to attract Funding” and you will meet Tahir Siddique (founder and shareholder at SportCC) and Albert Sonne (CEO and co-founder of Akson Robotics) in a discussion facilitated by Mads Bang (Director of Innovation at AAU).

The speakers will touch upon critical elements in their journeys, and address dos and don’ts before engaging the audience in the conversation.

Briefly about the speakers:

Tahir Siddique began his career at A.P. Moller-Maersk and had a stint in the Danish military before becoming an entrepreneur. Today, he runs several businesses including investments in software, app development, digitalization, and platforms, including sports data. Tahir is known from the Danish television program ‘Løvens Hule’ equivalent to Dragons’ Den.

Albert Sonne, co-founder & CEO of Akson Robotics ApS and MSc in Robotics at Aalborg University with knowledge inside the fields of robotics, computer vision, AI (deep learning), natural-language processing and programming. Albert finished his Masters’ degree in 2022 within Robot Technology. He recently closed an investment round successfully. The journey was long, with several sharp turns in both product development and business evolution.
