The European Commission uses independent experts with useful knowledge in various fields of expertise as evaluators when assessing applications for Horizon Europe. When working as an evaluator you get insight into the evaluation process and key knowledge about how applications are marked. 

The European Commission, including Isidoros Karatzas, DG Research & Innovation strongly recommends that researchers from AAU consider becoming evaluators for the Horizon Europe programme. The European Commission is requesting and needs candidates with a good understanding and experience of the interdisciplinary approach.
