AAU 2020 Marie Curie Talent Course

"I am among those who think that science has great beauty" Marie Skłodowska-Curie

25.05.2020 kl. 08.00 - 26.05.2020 kl. 15.00

The course is an opportunity for talented young researchers to get support with their application. They will be invited to AAU, be introduced to their supervisor and host group, and focus on their application.

To attract more talented international young researchers to AAU and to boost the number of grants awarded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions under the Horizon 2020 programme, F&P will arrange a Marie Curie Talent Course, May 25-26, 2020. The course is intended for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships applicants with AAU as host institution.

What´s a MSCA- IF?

MSCA Individual Fellowships support individual researchers at postdoctoral level and beyond to work on a research project of their own for 1 to 2 years.

Mobility between countries is required in order to acquire new skills and experience, as well as to enhance the employability of the supported researcher in the future. Funding is open to researchers from any nationality. A strict mobility rule applies (the fellow must not have lived, worked or studied in Denmark for more than 12 months in the 3 years before the deadline).

Any research field may qualify for funding, apart from research areas covered by the EURATOM Treaty (nuclear research).

In 2014-2018, relatively young to mid-career researchers (between 0 and 9 years research experience after PhD) got the highest success rates, but applicants with more experience are welcome to apply.

Who are we looking for?
